Toyota Uganda Ltd was established in 2005 and is owned 100% by Toyota Tsusho Corporation which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation. As the exclusive Distributor of Toyota vehicles, it is the only company authorised to distribute and sell new Toyota Vehicles and Parts in Uganda as well as offer Toyota Manufacturer’s Warranty.
